If you have a complaint regarding an agency other than the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, please report it on that Agency’s website.  Or you can report a complaint at GAO’s Fraudnet.

If you are an employee, contractor, or member of the general public that has knowledge of fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or wrongdoing AT THE CPSC you can submit an online complaint using the form below. 

The CPSC OIG only has jurisdiction over complaints related to misdeeds at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
